First Visit: Please arrive approximately 10–15 minutes early to complete any required forms and get settled before your appointment.

Visiting for RMT: We offer direct billing to many insurance providers. Please bring your insurance information and photo ID so our team can help make the process as smooth as possible. Coverage and eligibility vary by provider and plan.

Booking & Cancellation Policy: A credit card may be required to reserve your appointment. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.
